This is looking out of my kitchen window during a heavy snowfall .
While walking at the lake in early spring I noticed the ice crystals
at the edge of the water. The make some interesting patterns.
Standing at attention!
I took this picture at an elementary school near my house.
Reeds reflected in the rippling water of a favorite birding spot.
Beautiful, beautiful pictures Ruth, and so different. Those ice crystals on the water are gorgeous so imaginative.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post series. Like the trees so straight, but I also like the water reflections.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very interesting and unique series, Ruth. The last photo with the reeds and beautiful tones is really captivating. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteVery nice Ruth - the trees were my fave!
ReplyDeleteRuth,
ReplyDeleteReally loved the trees. What a cool and beautiful shot. I am sure the kids run by them everyday without a care. Some things can only be appreciated with, well maturity. Great photo's!

Keep warm!

The 'standing at attention' photo is priceless. The mention of the proximity near the school can't help but make me think of all the kids lined up ready to come inside the school after recess. Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI love those trees in a row too.
