One day in late July, I was out for breakfast with my sister-in-law. Had a wonderful visit. When we were done and stepped outside, I knew immediately that I needed to rush home for my camera. I hurried to a better location to watch the weather and captured these images.
I enjoy a good thunderstorm and being able to capture some cloud images is a bonus.
The contrast of dark and light give drama to this image.
Seeing the storm approaching can cause fear, but it also causes me to be in awe of the power that God creates in the sky.
I have captured so many images over Lake Minniwasta, and a storm cloud adds to that collection.
Take a good look at this picture. the time is near noon on a summer day. The fast approaching storm makes the lake look green. No, I did not add that color later, that was as I saw it.
Before long I could see the rain rolling in. As I recall, it was not as fierce as it looked.
Whether in your day to day life or in the weather----
Never let the presence of a storm cause you to doubt the presence of God.
