The last few days have been busy.
It's not easy to find all the new birds around.
Here are two birds we have had the joy of photographing recently.
The first three pictures are of the Upland Sandpiper.
We found this bird just south of our home town.
It was almost comical to see this bird trying to perch on a wire.
It is a delicate balancing act,but he managed to do it
The above photos are done by Ruth and the next two by Jake.
We had heard of a Say's Phoebe being seen not too far from our place,
so off we went in search of it.
On our second time out we were successful.
This bird is definitely out of it's usual range,so is quite a treat to see.
Here are two of many picture which Jake took.
We feel so fortunate to have been able to see and photograph
these birds,part of God's creation.
The Say's Phoebe is also a 'life' bird for us.
Enjoy happiness,treasure joy.
